Terms and Conditions (All terms and conditions apply)


Title to any goods remain with Anadincrafts until full payment or funds have cleared.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Orders:

If you place an order and consequently cancel it for whatever reason, within the 72 hours cancellation period, Anadincrafts.com will reimburse your payment the grand total of your order this may take 48-72 hours to show in your account due to the Banks.


Please see below for terms regarding cancellations after delivery.


Sizing. It is well known that sizing is very subjective, not only across continents but also across manufacturers. You can buy a size 14 skirt from one store and it will be smaller than a size 14 you bought from another.


I use a standard UK sizing from size 8 (small) to size 18 (2XL) and on selected garments up to size 22 (4XL) & I can work with both US sizing and EU if required.


100% PVC vinyl, will not stretch like fabric. So a size 12 or MED may not fit like a fabric garment and you may need to upsize. If you are not sure, please discuss this with me before you order. Contact


If consequently you order a garment and it does not fit, you are entitled to return the goods for a refund (less original postage) on the basis that the goods are returned as stated below.


My standard production time from receipt of order is 10-21 business days (Mon-Fri) before dispacth. This sometimes may vary and I will update as required.


I mainly use the Royal Mail for shipping & it is delivered by your National Postal system upon arrival in your Country (Non-UK buyers) The goods will normally be tracked & have to be signed for. Full Shipping Details here

If the goods get lost in transit I will carry out an investigation and claim against the delivery company.


If this occurs, which fortunately is rare, I have to wait 28 Business days (Mon-Fri) before the parcel is deemed officially lost, please contact me as soon as possible to help with lost packages.

Please be patient as I go through the steps to locate/refund/or resend for a lost package. It will take a few days.


Packages stolen from a buyers delivery area might require filling a police report that you will be required to sign.

No refunds or replacements may occur until this has been signed if required.

​Items damaged in shipping- I can help you with items damaged in shipping- PLEASE KEEP ITEM AND PACKAGING.


I am required to send a photo of packaging or broken item to file an insurance claim. I cannot refund or resend without this, there are no exceptions.


I ship to the address that you have provided, please make sure it is correct. If your item is returned to me because the address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for any additional re-shipping costs. If refunded the original shipping cost will be deducted.


Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, GST/VAT/Import Duties etc. that may apply. Please be aware I am unable to be held responsible for any delays by your individual countries CUSTOMS clearance.

Please Note: I am unable to send to Foreign PO Box addresses. If you do require a delivery to a PO Box outside of the UK, I will send by standard International post which is not traceable, therefore I will not accept any responsibility for the delivery and I will not be liable if the parcel is lost.

Within 7 Days after delivery:

Customers can return goods (Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer) up to 7 days after delivery for the following reasons:


1. Wrong Size

2. Colour was not as expected.

3. The fit or style was not as expected.


You are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of the original postage, upon my receipt of the goods, the goods will be quality checked and if found satisfactory the refund will be raised.


A refund will not be raised for the following reasons:


1. Garment has been obviously worn e.g. dirt marks, creases, body odour, hairs,dandruff etc.


2. Damaged garment e.g. ripped, torn, stretched or, marked.


3. Garment is contaminated with household smells e.g. smoke, cooking or animals. (Please note that PVC is porous and absorbs household smells very quickly especially tobacco smoke and cooking smells. These odours cannot be removed from the PVC and hence I can not accept the return.

4. For reasons of Health and Hygiene (underwear can be returned)


Within 7-14 days after delivery.

My items have a warranty for 14 days after delivery, against faulty material or workmanship.


Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and must be returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery, unworn & packed as received, I reserve the right to deduct costs if your item is not returned in its original state as received.


THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS


Non UK Customers: Please mark your package clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid delays at Customs, I suggest using a traceable service & retain confirmation, so you may claim if the item is lost in transit.

Anadincrafts.com cannot be held responsible for any misuse or any inappropriate use of my items or be liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse.


The 100% PVC Vinyl I use is not supported (unlined) it has no cloth backing and is not laminated.


My garments are designed for light/regular use and if treated carefully will last many years.


The weakest point on any PVC garment is the seams, pockets and buttons where stress takes place. Eventually, most PVC garments will tear or separate in these areas.

THE ABOVE RIGHTS DO NOT EXTEND TO CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS:


(Custom made products are deemed as items made to a specific size/measurement provided by the customer)

There are strictly no refunds or return policy on custom made goods due to their nature.


I cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced goods or postal errors. When you return goods, they are deemed to be in your possession until I receive.


Anadincrafts.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.


Anadincrafts will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation.


Anadincrafts cannot guarantee availability of every colour and reserves the right to offer alternative colours to customers before dispatch.


Photographs online may not depict the colour due to reflection or monitor resolution. Therefore pictures should be viewed as a guide only.

All Designs, photographs and website pictures are copyright, no UN-authorised copying.


All payments (via PayPal or Stripe) (My Payment Processors) are SSL protected and you will see the associated lock icon, green bar and https address at checkout, with an SSL secured site all online payments are secure and have the highest levels of encryption.


Anadincrafts will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from the supply of goods.


Please note: that my online stores pictures are adult in nature and should only be viewed by customers over the age of 18 years and over.


Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
